Products & Advertising Alerts
Alerts in Sales Fortuna are smart suggestions from the system that automatically notify you about important events in your advertising campaigns or with your products. Even if you're not familiar with advertising, alerts help you understand if everything is working fine, where there might be an issue, and what you should check.
Sales Fortuna divides alerts into two levels:
- - Advertising (what's happening in your campaigns);
- - Product (what's happening with your product).
1. Advertising Alerts (Campaign Alerts)
These alerts show how the advertising is performing and help quickly identify issues:
Optimization and Settings:
- - Placements have been optimized, and the algorithm will no longer apply basic strategies to them;
- - The campaign is using an incorrect bidding strategy or an incorrect title structure;
- - The campaign is created in the wrong portfolio or without any portfolio (the algorithm doesn't know how to optimize it).

Budgets, Bids, and Traffic:
- - The campaign has run out of budget;
- - The cost per click has reached the maximum or exceeded the limit;
- - The campaign is spending money but not delivering the desired results (spinning without sales);
- - The placement has hit the traffic ceiling — no more traffic can be generated.

Statuses and Operational Issues:
- - The campaign is active but not working: the target/group/creative is paused or rejected by Amazon;
- - The campaign was paused by the algorithm, but the metrics have improved — it needs attention;
- - An error was found: the campaign has multiple active targets, or the primary/negative keyword is incorrect.

2. Product Alerts
These alerts help you understand the health of your product, whether there's traffic, sales, stock, and if there are any issues on Amazon's side.
Stock and Logistics:
- - Low stock or urgent restocking required;
- - Too much stock — risk of overpaying for storage;
- - Stock is available, but the ad is not running;
- - Stock is available, but the listing is closed — the product is unavailable for purchase.

Price and Listing:
- - Amazon has lost the product price;
- - Errors appeared on the listing: category change, loss of the buy box.

Traffic and Sales:
- - The product is receiving almost no advertising traffic;
- - Suspicious spikes in TACOS or a drop in conversions;
- - The portfolio is losing sales due to a significant reduction in advertising spend.
