This policy applies to the SalesFortuna Review Appeal Chrome extension and its related support flow. It covers data processed from Amazon pages when you actively use extension features.

• Amazon review and listing data needed for analysis (ASIN, review text, rating, review URL, product title).
• Email addresses, when provided, are used only for optional reminder or tracking features explicitly enabled by the user and are not used for marketing or shared with third parties.
• Local extension settings and usage counters stored in Chrome storage.

Data is used only to deliver extension functionality: review analysis, appeal drafting, and product insight generation.

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not use extension data for personalized advertising.
• Processing providers are used only to operate the requested functionality.

Cached local analysis data is retained for a limited period, while other local settings persist until you clear extension storage or uninstall.
